Description:
I have a small college bar located outside of Oklahoma State University in Stillwater, Okla. I am looking to ad a roof top bar(which will be the first of its kind in this area)to my current location. My current location holds 88 people and the ad on will hold around 90 which will double my occupancy and will give me the edge I am looking for. I also would like to move into a bar that is closed in Downtown Denver, Co. It is three bars under one roof 18000 square feet. It will cost around $250,000 to get the doors open with a gross of $100,000 a week. All of the state and city permits or in place.
I am 41 single no kids with a MBA from Arkansas State University I have manage or owned companies for 10 years. I am retired Army and highly motivated for success.
