Description: Alluvial Gold Exploration is a start-up company that is looking to secure $2 million dollars to purchase a small placer mining operation that currently produces about 1,400 ounces of gold per season in the historic gold fields of the Yukon Territory. This is a small operation that runs about 80 yards of gravel per hour. We would then expand on the operation by building a wash plant that will run about 200 yards per hour. This will allow a total of 280 yards per hour between the two plants, more than three times the current operation. This should produce about 4,500 ounces per season yielding a total $3.6 million dollars. We will also explore with some of the latest in ground penetrating radar, Underground Surveyor Apparatus™ Geophysical 3D Imaging System to locate the high-grade deposits in which we will stake claim to for future projects. This state-of-the-art equipment can save hundreds of thousands of dollars in unnecessary exploration costs. The Highlights chart shows the sales of $971,680, with a net profit of $373,482 in the first year. This is based on only about 1,000 ounces in the first year. After expansion of the original operation the second year sales jump to $2,623,600 with a net profit of $1,366,887. These numbers are based on production of roughly 3,000 ounces. The third year shows sales of $4,221,200 with a net profit of $2,409,656. We projected these numbers lower than the current operation and its averages to show that our projections are realistic, and well within reach. Alluvial Gold Exploration is looking for an investor to finance all or part of $2 million dollars to fund our operation. We are prepared to give the investor $3 million dollars, a 50% return on their money, after the fourth year of operation. We feel at this time our company will be self-sufficient and able to operate on its own. In addition the investor will receive 10% of total profit for the following ten years.
