On Feb. 15 my partner and I leased 1650 Broadway (Broadway & Arapahoe) which was Alexander's Mexican Food for the past 22 years. Our DBA is "Shish Kabob Cafe", since my partner owned the "Shish Kabob" in the old Crossroads Mall for almost 17 years. He has a large customer base from the "Shish Kabob", waiting for him to reopen. We found the prime location to do this (close to Boulder High, the University of Colorado, and many City (URL removed) to mention the high volume of walk-by and drive-by traffic). We are completely refurbishing the facility and replacing the furnishings and equipment. We need funding to complete the task of making the Restaurant ready to open.
