Description:
We have a tool for customers to access all licensed sub contractors in their county with one SMS.
We are Access Subs, LLC, founded and registered as a limited liability company in California in August 2023, headquartered in San Jose, California. We’re a software system that connects consumers with sub-contractors and streamlines the construction and renovation service fulfillment process. This tool/system utilizes mass SMS for a consumer request to all licensed subcontractors in a specified county. We connect the consumer to the requested businesses and do not participate in resulting communication, representation or ultimate selection. We’re the tool/gateway for mass requests of consumer construction and remodel needs.
Our initial version of this software is at 90%+ completion stage. At completion of this software, we’re then flowing into the beta test modeling stage and in process of the opt-in segregation of candidates into the system. We’ll be organically growing the opt-in participant list on a single county basis through actual real time requests for sub-contractor hiring without the burden of sub-contractor paid participation. Our expectation is that this effort will aggregate to a larger multi county beta test, continuing to supply consumers with sub-contractor connections while building the vital opt-in list “real time”.
We intend to build on the consumer paid model for access to a larger group of sub-contractors in seconds, rather than an advertising model that we believe has burdened the licensed sub-contractors. Our hypothesis is that most sub-contractors will favorably opt in due to the nature of free leads provided by “real time customer” text requests. Text requests are the primary and optimal contact point for 90%+ of all licensed sub-contractors in California.
Our sign up and per use cost estimates are unique to the market and statistically adhere to general acceptance. Our proposition value is multiplied by front end investment of both founder liquidity and the time and mileage to organically carry the business into attractive early stage participation.
With an estimated $274B California residential construction market for 2023, the “grow our way” out of this recession is for an entrepreneurial spirit of efficiency and commissioned reliance on streamlined mass text ingenuity. Our statistics show that the market of remodeling and construction is begging for a better way to access hiring more sub-contractors more efficiently.
