Description:
We are in the beginning stages of building a new hotel in a growing area in Collier County and are looking for serious investors only. The Hotel franchise we are interested in building is a LaQuinta Inns and suites with 106 to 126 units, conference and board meeting rooms and a reception room. This WILL be a very lucrative area for hotels, as there are currently NO Upscale hotels with in 20 miles of this town. We will be catering to visiting students and their families, tourists and conference attendees. The site we are interested in building on is in a growing college town, 7 miles from Casinos, 20 miles from the beach. Will supply more information once a non disclosure is signed.
