Turnkey Partnerships LLC is a REO Purchasing company. What makes our company different then all the others, is simply our exit stragety, and ensuring that we can achieve it. We have a defined process on how to market End Investors, Purchase REO Properties at pennies on the dollar, and now we are looking to create the relationships with the Private Money Investors, Venture Capitalists, and Credit Partners.
Our overall goal is to have 5 investors to fund our rehab projects. We are looking for 100% of the Acquistion Price and Rehab. We are willing to compensate any investor 15%-25% depending on the term. A Line of Credit that may be only used for real estate would be the best case scenario. Currently, we have located one investor, and are speaking with several others. We have a 6 Month Short Term Investment, or you may roll the investment for up to 24 months secured by multiple properties. Currently the company is under contract to purchase a bulk lot of REO properties from a Lender. There are 10 properties, so each investor would have to fund on 2, but may fund up to 4. The investment range is from 150K - 750K.
