I am looking for investors to purchase a commercial general contractor in the Phoenix area. They have historically done $4 to $5 million a year but have booked a break out year at $10mm. Look at the current state of commercial construction in the area I see no problem maintaining $10mm and growing by 10% to 20% per year.
