Description:
Club Sdm is small dance club (approx. 6500 sq ft). I establish the club in October 2007. I have recently decided to relocate Club Sdm from Dallas, Texas to Arlington, Texas for several reasons. First and foremost, is the location. Arlington is the new home of the Dallas Cowboys, as well as the Tx Rangers. There is less competition in Arlington vs Dallas. And the building in which i am looking at is 2000 sq ft bigger (which wouls make a great area for a vip section). I am looking for a single investor to help with the renovation/upgrade costs to the new building. I have had several contractors give me estimates for the recontruction of the club, and the average cost will run $156,000. The building needs new electrical wiring, plumbing fixtures, flooring, drywall and replacement of 6 doors and 4 windows. It also needs 2 new ice machines and an a/c unit. So, if anyone is interested, please contact me.
