Company was founded to invest in HUD foreclosures. We would like to buy, rehab and sell HUD foreclosure single family houses in Gwinnett County that are in the $100k to $120k range. We attempted two last year, one early last year was flipped in three months and then a second one was listed just before October last year (we ended up keeping it as a rental). We own 9 rental homes in addition to our personal home. Today it's difficult for us to obtain new financing from banks due to the new Fannie Mae guidelines, so we decided to look into angel investors to help us with the financing.
