Description:
we buy local properties and rent them, we offer 10% on your investment. we buy only great properties that we can make a profit on the rent but make a great investment on the property. we would like to use your cash to purchase property at a great price and hold the property to make cash ourselves on the property. we currently own 7 properties and we would like to move on to more properties. we are interested in starting a mangement company to manage properties in Huntington County, because their is no company to do this. we manage our copanies and think we could start a company in our town to manage properties and make great money with your help.
thanks
