A principle purchaser of troubled assets, ie non-performing mortgage notes. We purchase defaulted notes from the banks at a substantial discount based off updated BPO's, not unpaid principle balance. After purchasing the note we have many different exit strategies for the return investment which is on average 30 to 90 days. what's great about this venture is there really is no risk considering when we purchase the notes we become the bank. examples of exit strategies include refinancing the homeowner, deed in lieu, auctioning the property, short sale the property, sell the property as an REO and etc.
