I have developed a plan to change the college textbook market to allow for price shopping and access to adoption information nationwide via an online forum. Costs are low, marketing is the focus. Over 14 million college students are waiting for this program. To quote one of my favorite movies, if you build it, they WILL come. Funding is between 2 and 5 million. Marketing is negotiable and the marketing approach is what will dictate full investment amounts required.
