Description:
Eco Touch®, Inc is the first company in the US to develop a complete line of environmentally safe car care products. Its lead product, a waterless car wash + polish, saves users at home hundreds of gallons of water while making car cleaning a fast and simple task. Other products include a dashboard + trim, carpet + upholstery, and metal polish.
Currently, Eco Touch products are sold in 120+ retailers including regional Whole Foods Markets. By spring '09 we anticipate attaining 500+ retail outlets nationwide.
The company’s goal is to reach revenues of $37 million by 2013 while capturing 4.5% of the automotive appearance segment. Eco Touch maintains direct, wholesale, and retail sales channels in order to drive revenues to this goal. It also implements an aggressive sales and marketing strategy to develop the brand and capture maximum market share.
Eco Touch holds a lean modus operandi by outsourcing its product filling, packaging, fulfillment and PR requirements, rendering low overhead expenses and more time for sales and marketing efforts.
The business model is highly scalable through both consumer and commercial efforts. Future growth focuses on commercial applications for businesses, schools, municipal governments with fleets to maintain, professional auto detailers, taxi fleets, car dealerships and manufacturers.
Eco Touch is looking to raise $300,000 through a Series A preferred stock offering which will fund future growth and development of the company.
