Description: Para I Project is a multibillion-dollar acquisition of assets; primarily land with thick timber cover and other recourses throughout northern Brazil. The project is comprised of eight parcels equivalent to the size of a state in the United States of America with substantial hardwood trees coverage of some of the highest-grade hardwood in the world. We have chosen to leverage just one of these eight parcels of land. This track is identified as parcel (2) on the maps of this proposal. The subject property is roughly 2,700,000 acres. The stumpage value of this single track is approximately $1,000,000,000 and a mill value of approximately $2,500,000,000 verified by a Property Assessment done by (IFI) – International Forestry Investment. According to current Purchase Orders that have been acquired today, the milled value has proved to be close to $4,000,000,000. This project offers tremendous financial opportunity. The development plan focuses on timber, but holds the option as an addition exit strategy to incorporate several other industries such as leather, dairy, buffalo ranching, palm oil, latex, rubber, natural gas, mining of raw minerals resources, bamboo, ceramics, tourist attractions, agricultural (chocolate, citrus, rubber, latex, bamboo, palm trees, nut, ext.) depending on the property, its resources, and the market demands. This project offers huge financial opportunity. The development plan focuses on timber, but holds the option as an additional exit strategy to incorporate several other industries such as leather, dairy, buffalo ranching, palm oil, latex, rubber, natural gas, mining of raw mineral resources such as, bamboo, ceramics and agricultural (chocolate, citrus, rubber, latex, bamboo, palm trees, nuts, etc.). Depending on the property, its resources, and the market demands, which option we may benefit the greatest from. We have spent the almost six years positioning this project to be ready to pull the tiger and be sure that that we would hit our target. We have gotten: 1. Solid Brazilian team to pull the project together and manage. 2. The government documents to allow us to operate in Brazil. 3. The property under contract. 4. We have had assessments done on several of the properties which is where the value of the project was set from by one of the world leading companies in that industry. 5. Purchase Order to support the ability to move the product at numbers expected. The Funder that we are working with is the oldest AFL/CIO Labor Union in the United States and Canada. The AFL/CIO through their Pension funds, own thirty percent of the US Stock Market, and thirty two percent of the US Bond Market. This does not include overseas investments. They control over $7 trillion in assets. They are looking at our project and are very interested. But have to package the project in the manner in which they desire and complete several other steps to be funded. Upon approval, our project will have the resources to fund the total Para I Project. This means whole communities, homes, hospitals, schools, roads, total infrastructures to make a city a city, will be at our disposal. We could be Andrew Carnegie, J P Morgan or a John D. Rockefeller of today, as well as shaping the lives of thousands if not millions for the better. We have made it through the first round of approvals, and now they have to verify information for further consideration, then final approval. If they say yes, we are 60 to 120 days away from the total project being funded. At that point we will have a hard commitment from the lender with the exception of the amount they will lend with the requested information. The amount will be decided within 14 days after that by a trip to Brazil to review the assets. We will also have the money for the deposits on the properties until the properties close. We are inviting you to be a part of a tremendous opportunity that does not happen but every few generations, the Para I Project. To comply with this stage, we needed a commitment fee of $500,000 and approximately $200,000 for processing of the package and certifying of values, such as consultant fees, travel expenses, ect. We have a group that has agreed to put up the $500,000 once we are through processing the package and certification. To get the $200,000 we have a a private resident that appraised for $3,500,000 2007; a current BOV or CMA of $2,106,000 to $3,200,000. The lender has agreed to a value of $2,800,000 pending a site inspection which after all payout leaves us with several $100,000. In this volatile market, there are very few high yield short term stable investments. And to make it even more increditable, it does not require a large investment to become a part of it and receive large returns. To get both of loans in motion, we need a 45 day investment of $35,000. We will pay you 25% plus your investment within 45 days. We will also give you a 1% ownership the Para I Project. The loan will be secured by a note.
