Description: This is a reformation of an existing company that was started in '07 and decided to have different partners in '10 forcing it to shut down and regroup. The initial company was Integrity Windows, an Andersen Window replacement company. Andersen did not allow other window lines in the business and in order to grow the company needs a vinyl window line. The company did $4.8 million when it stopped its affiliation with Andersen in 2010. It currently has the right to Marvin Windows, a vinly line, is securing a contract to handle cabinet refacing for the 19 Home Depot stores in the Cincinnati-Dayton market and has an insulation component to the business. The company is seeking a $1.0-1.7 million loan in order to fund operations until we hit the break even point of $5.0 million in sales. Cash flow is good and margins are in the 45% range. This would be considered a start up by most but the facilities, personnel and leadership are in place. We would like to hear if you may have any options for the firm's capital needs at this time. Sincerely, Jim Donlin
