Description: I am the founder of HOW 2 Platforms ((URL removed)) and the lead inventor of the patent that covers our company's technology. My educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and an MBA from Kellogg with specializations in Marketing and Finance. Throughout my career, I have been granted 20 U.S. patents. The patent for the HOW 2 Platform is my 21st, covering a device that consolidates various janitorial tools such as mop & buckets and spray bottles. However, the invention offers much more. The Platform incorporates multiple pumps and a computer. The primary function of the computer-controlled pumps is to convert any of 12 keypad entries into variable voltage for the pumps, enabling the Platform to manufacture products while it applies them to soiled surfaces. Additionally, the device is Internet-enabled, allowing it to transmit valuable data previously unavailable to facility managers. This will bring facility management of cleaning to a substantially higher level. The Platform also dilutes highly concentrated hand soap directly into dispensers, significantly reducing packaging waste, freight, and product costs by 90%. We have identified a dozen value propositions highlighting the advantages of the Platform compared to current outdated tools. Recent enhancements include Internet of Things and database capabilities. These enhancements have not yet been introduced to the market. A subscription plan, including Platform, products and data services, will be used to monetize this package of benefits. We are currently utilizing a rotomolded frame with a capacity of 200 units per month at a unit cost of $200 per Platform. We are seeking funds to convert to an injection-molded frame and other improvements to increase our production capacity to 400 units per shift while reducing costs to approximately $110 per Platform. Detailed information, including videos of our value propositions and a complete prospectus, are available on our website. We would be delighted to arrange a video conference to discuss this opportunity further.
