We are seeking funding to establish and construct an American Petroleum Institiute (API) L5 certified high pressure pipe manufacturing facility in the United States. My joint venture partner is Taiyuan Xintong Mechanical Engineering Ltd. Co. (XTM) of Taiyuan, Shanxi, China. XTM has designed 7 seven spiral manufacturing facilities worldwide. I have just completed constructing one the seven facilities here in the Unites States for a specialty steel manufacturer.
The facility will have the capacity to manufacture API L5 pipe using high grade steel X80 and higher. Presently there is less than 1,000,000 tons per year worldwide capacity to manufacture API certified pipe using the higher steel grades. Using the stronger steel allows for lighter pipe w
