My name is James Carr. I am currently looking for a short term investor on a piece of commercial property that I am leasing at the moment. I currently have my business at the location. My business is a sports facility that includes a Golf Pro Shop, Driving Range, 36 Hole Miniature Golf, 2 Paintball Fields & a Teaching facility that has a Golf Pro from the David Leadbetter Academy. All of this is sitting on 23.78 acres that appraised at a value of $1,181,000.00.
I would like to give this offer to the investor. The total investment to purchase the property deed is $395,000.00. I am willing to pay the investor 10% ($1,777.00) on there investment per month for no more than 36 months. Between 24 to 36 months I will pay the investor back the total of $395,000.00. If the contract
