Description:
I am a custom home builder, for the last 7 years. I have steadily grown since 2000, and all of the monies i earned in a successful business has now gone due to declining market. I would like to be able to continue, but the project that i was counting on to pull me thru, has now pulled me down. Taking the step from builder to developer was a big leap that did not work in my favor. I am currently facing foreclosure.
