St. James Brewery & Distillery will be a craft brewery/distillery/taproom/eatery in the booming business industrial area of Hayward, CA (also known as "Silicon Valley North" due to the mass exodus of bio/tech/pharmaceutical international corporations with thousands of employees that surround us). The need/opportunity is glaringly obvious - it lacks food and a relaxation/meeting spot within close proximity to all these corporations. St. James Brewery & Distillery will fill this void.
Have top industry advisors with a history of success launching many similar business models (including one consultant that actually defined taproom financial metrics and has written several publications. He was the ex CFO of one of the east coasts largest beer/spirits distributor and is now the CFO for a very large brewery. He will also guide us to set up our own distribution. Instead of making $400 a bbl (barrel. 31 gallons) we'd make close to $1300 per.
