Phoenix Concepts, LLC is a growing independent game design company located in the heart of Wisconsin. We currently are in the process of finishing our first game demo and are now starting our search for capital investment. We have developed an innovative and unique online game that will finally provide the gaming community the long sought break from the monotony of WoW they need.
Phoenix Concepts, LLC is seeking $5-$10 million to finish the development of our product. This investment will be used to complete the final design process and ready the product for public release. We would also consider a larger investment, which would be used to develop the other products in our line.
This is a short-term investment. We project that the game will be publicly released --and therefore earning a return--in 24 months. Investors can expect to break even within 28 months, and a large return event is possible within three years. We anticipate no further funding for this project.
