Pancho's Southwest Grill was derived from the original company of Pancho's Mexican Cantina that only served high end mexican cuisine. The company purchased a "new" building in the area that was formerly "Bennigans" and joined the corporate scene by offering very high quality food that accomodated both sides of the border. Recently put out more "corporate" commercials, new colorful menus with high quality photos, and a very nice website. (URL removed). The only problem we have is the bank we deal with undercapitalized us right in the middle of the move. Currently, I have managed to get the bank president and vice president to the table and hope to reach a deal soon. However, I would love nothing more than to obtain the capital elsewhere and operate like we be for we are the "only show in town" in 2 different cities(2 locations ). We have a list of small investors (20-100k) that we have borrowed from that we have paid back in full or are currently paying. My vision is much larger and I will require a much larger investment to complete and secure the venture. I will be happy to meet with the investor(s) at their ealiest convienence.
