ur startup company, Crown Enterprises(Nevada) LLC is currently located in Lake Charles, LA. We actually began acquiring single-family and multi-family residential rental properties in 1995 and have enjoyed rapid growth to date. Our rapid growth was somewhat unexpected and we have a waiting list of sound, qualified tenants for our rental units upon completion of the renovations. We recently decided to update and renovate our rental properties. And, we decided to form an LLC in the business-friendly state of Nevada.
We're looking for all available options to raise $50k-$75k in small business funding in order to fuel the growth of our Real Estate business in our booming residential rental market. At this point, Crown Enterprises (Nevada) LLC currently has annual gross sales in the region of $250k or less. Several of our properties have already been renovated and are rented at prime rental rates to very desirable tenants due primarily to the location of our units and the quality of our renovations. Several of our apartments and homes are paid off/have no mortgage and several are very close to being paid off. We would certainly entertain the idea of putting up one of our Paid-Off Properties as Collateral for a loan.
Our local rental and "flipping" market is "hot" due primarily to all of the gaming establishments, casinos, and growth in the aviation and petrochemical industries in our area. Hurricanes Katrina, Rita, Ike, and Gustav destroyed so many homes and apartments/duplexes and apartment complexes that have yet to be re-built, primarily due to corporate and insurance issues, that both individuals who were renters and homeowners prior to the Hurricanes are still searching for decent rental units to live in while they plan on what to do, continue to rent or re-build in the furture.
I have included some additional information below relating to the purpose of the funds and the type of funding that I think would be the best fit.
Crown Enterprises(Nevada) LLC is primarily interested in receiving capital from:
-Equity Funding (Venture Capital, Angel, Private Equity, etc.)
-Alternative or Loan Funding
We would like to use the funds that are raised for the purposes below:
-Complete quality, market-identified renovations on existing rental property base
-Provide Operating/Growth Capital (Payroll, Sales & Marketing, etc)
-Evaluate adding additional properties that would fit in with our future marketing plans
