Our base services are 1. doing a variety of inspections for field services that work for Mortgage, Finance, and Insurance. - as soon as we can, we are going to get into doing Property Preservation Services on Foreclosed homes. 2. Consulting - We can help people that about to be foreclosed minimize the damamge to their credit by doing a Short Sale of their Home with no up front fees, We also provide Private Commercial Funding - we do not broker/shop the deals - we go direct to the lender, there are several other services that we also offer.
There are almost an unlimited number of ways to expand what we are already doing alone, But we are interested in expanding into as many industries as we can. The main reasons for this is - we want to create as many jobs, improve the economy, and help as many people as we can.
