Our company is building a disruptive technology in a 30 billion dollar niche market of 1200 companies represented by 15 million independent sales people.
Economic trends suggest an estimated 200 million people will be joining these companies in the next decade.
The problem that exists in this market is that 80% of these sales people quit in the first 3 months, and less than 3% are experiencing success. These companies struggle to retain sales people long term.
There is clear evidence to suggest this is due to a lack of adequate training.
We provide a solution to this problem, through an online software platform that offers an interactive game based training experience. The software system is sold to the user as a subscription and can also be custom tailored for individual companies.
Currently seeking seed investment, to launch some pre-liminary activities, and then a series A investment of 1 million.
