Description: Auldsoft LLC built iTabletop, a Windows-based gaming software that allows people to play tabletop roleplaying and board games online, with face-to-face video and voice-to-voice audio. Nothing else like it exists. Since its release in December 2008, (URL removed) has attracted a number of users signed up for monthly and lifetime subscriptions. From June 2009 to September 2009, (URL removed) has attracted 36 Lifetime Subscribers, each paying $195.00 for a lifetime subscription to the product. Auldsoft is rewriting its entire program in the cross-platform Microsoft Silverlight 3, which will greatly expand its user base and monthly revenue as it is superior to the present desktop version for tabletop gaming, and it is cross-platform, running on Windows, Mac and Linux systems - something unique to the market. As of September 2009 we are at the half-way mark for development and are requesting a $100,000 investment to take us through the development cycle and closed beta of code name "SilverTable," the Silverlight 3 cross-platform version, and provide additional marketing funds for attending roleplaying and gaming conventions where a large number of monthly subscriptions are typically sold, as well as allowing Auldsoft to use other Internet marketing methods to attract new customers. Auldsoft is offering a 35% stake in the company for a $100,000 investment and would like to opportunity to discuss particulars with you at your earliest convenience.
