Allied Capital Services, L.L.C. (ACS), is a company I formed in 2008 to help off-set business expenses. I am currently looking to purchase an existing food establishment that has been in operation since 2016 and is currently profitable. The current owners are motivated to sell and are willing to do some owner financing to help get their business sold. I have over 15 years food service/restaurant experience and I am currently working as a General Manager for another franchise owner within the same chain of pizza restaurants.
