Description:
OUR OFFERING: Company is seeking a minimum of Five Hundred
Thousand Dollars ($500,000) to design/assemble/market/sell our
Over-The-Counter (“OTC”) hearing aids online to the consumer. OUR
BUSINESS: The Over-The-Counter (OTC) hearing aid market
opened for the first time, with the passage of the Over-The-Counter
Hearing Aid Act of 2017 which became law, in August of 2017.
Our Company, relying upon our trade-secret protected technology and
processes, has designed, manufactured, and consumer tested three prototype
products (“A Little Help”, “A Little More Help”, and “The Most
Help”). All products are manufactured per FDA CGMP standards and
are safe and effective as hearing aids in properly providing hearing
amplification to customers with mild-to-moderate hearing loss (about
75% of the hearing loss market). Our Company’s Made-In-America
products give consumers an over-the-counter, low cost/high value
hearing solution. Hearing loss is a significant untreated health problem
given that quality hearing aids are not covered by health insurance
nor are they available over-the-counter. As a result, the US market
for amplification (hearing aids) and over-the-counter products
is over 40 million people, equating to 80 million units for normal
bilateral loss of hearing (Presbycusic hearing loss). The President’s
Science and Technology Council, in December 2016, stated that
over 80% of Americans cannot afford the hearing aids currently
dispensed in the USA. The result is only 3 million units are sold by
the six largest hearing aid companies doing business in the USA,
leaving a massive void. Our product’s features address cost, ease
of purchase, wearability, and vanity (small and barely visible); the
Company’s products are powered by electronics similar to that
used in prohibitively expensive hearing aids. Our product line retails
for hundreds of dollars vs. the thousands of dollars charged
by other hearing aid manufacturers. Our web site enables users to
easily “self-identify” the product they need (using the company’s
copyrighted hearing chart). Customers purchase our products over-thecounter
as compared to buying hearing aids through licensed audiology
practices. The Company’s management team has the necessary operating
experience in direct-to-consumer marketing channels and affinity
sales to accomplish the Pro Forma financial results we are projecting.
Our sales and marketing (OTC), and affinity marketing, is based
upon our Copyright protected Product Selection chart and methods
which allows us to prohibit, via Federal Copyright Law, competitors
from using our Copyrighted materials about normal hearing loss associated
with aging (Presbycusis) whether directly or derivatively. Our
Pro Forma Forecasts (which are “Forward Looking Statements”) show
profitable financial results. Our proven marketing methods target and
motivate prospects with mild to moderate hearing loss to ac. Officers
and Significant Management: We have all presentations, pitch decks,
company fact sheet, PPM and all execution documents ready for presentation
complying with the "Jobs Act" and Reg. D 506c.
