This corporation will be set up once we are ready to receive our first funding, for now, the land. The company will reside inside Albion International Holdings, Inc., a NH Corporation, incorporated Sept 2014. We plan to take Albion Holdings public by the end of 2015 if we don't secure a sufficient amount of funding for the project. The land, with site work, due diligence, and complete presentation to the City, is structured for $3 million. The first phase, an Aquatics Center, is estimated at $34.5 million. A business plan is available upon request. Business plan for the other corporate start up, Racing Limos America, Inc., for which we are seeking an initial $750,000 and a total over 2 years of $5 million, also to reside in the holding company, is also available by request.
