I am looking to get into the bar industry and have done the research and built a plan to incorporate new bar technologies into the business that will be purchased. This will not be a new start up, but will be buying an existing bar that has good books and that is a great deal. Once I get it purchased I can turn everything around into more my ideas to draw in more business and be able to open more bars down the road. Banks are having a hard time lending for the bar/restaurant businesses because they carry the highest default rate. This is why I am looking at an existing bar that has been in business for a while. I am working with a broker now that will help me find a business that is worth the time and money. I am looking for seller financing but still need to put a down payment of between $30,000 and $50,000. I would love to discuss more about this venture and will do whatever it takes to get this business going. I do have a plan in ready, just need someone who wants to make money. I am very passionate about this business and have been studying it for years now. Just need the capital to get this going and am willing to pay any price to get the funding needed to launch the business.
