we provide a service to clients with a large amount of debt by helping them restructure and allow them to work one on one with a financial consultant. we also have an outstanding package/product that the clients receives originally and a descriptive financial profile and analsis breaking down all of their debt on a monthly basis. We also follow up with our clients every 90-180 to continue the services or potential interest rate reductions. We have two call centers with approx. seventy agents. 9 financial consultants,3 schedulers,11 verifiers, HR director, Book-keeper,10 customer service agents (incoming calls)39 sales agents and 3 floor supervisors. On average we service 90 new clents on a weekly basis with an average ticket(sale) of $895.00 right now were trying to expand and make alot of changes to make our program exceptional to stand out amongst the companies doing similar programs.
