Description:
We are in the process of trying to take over a gas station location in Bethlehem Pa. The Gas Station has been in business over 40 years and was recently closed down so that it could be branded by Sunoco Fuel. The owner of the property did not want the previous owner in the location any longer and is looking for a new business to come in and take over the property as a gas station. My husband, and cofounder worked at the location prior to it closing down. We are seeking startup capital to get our foot in the door and reopen the location. We have the customer list of customers that frequented the location as well as the past 7 month financials. We have a business plan prepped and are at the stage where we are looking for the funding.
