Airbots Inc. has been formed as a Louisiana corporation, with headquarters in Tampa FL, and manufacturing and office facilities in St. Petersburg, FL. Airbots has been formed with several of the former employees of what is left of Cyber Defense Systems, all of whom are no longer bound by NDA or Non Compete agreements, and other key aerospace personell.
Airbots Inc. has been formed with the intent to produce Unmanned Vehicle Systems, including but not limited to Unmanned Aerial Vehicles. It is our intention to utilize the Kestral autopilot system , Virtual Cockpit and On Point systems exclusively in our UAV systems as standard equipment because of the success and support I have received from their company for the last three years.
