Pay an occupational rent at 15% per annum
Buy the property back at the investment price plus 5% per annum.
In South Africa currently we need a 20% deposit to obtain a bond at current interest rate of 9%. With the posistive hedging we achieve a ROI of 45% pa for the investor.
