Hello,
My name is Jacob Short and I am looking to acquire funds to purchase Orchard Hills Golf Course in Barboursville, WV and to develop the surrounding property with 30-50 patio homes. We have developed a business plan and model of our project and can provide any details upon request. We have discussed the plan involving building community center for the city of Barboursville on the property that will be leased to the city, renovating current clubhouse and keeping the historic aspect as well as show our members new growth, adding local owned restaurant with an indoor and outdoor dining area, adding three indoor golf simulators for practice and to keep out of the cold elements during winter, bring in Trackman technology, the ultimate golf swing training program, that can only be found one other place in WV, The Greenbrier Resort. Also bringing the First Tee program to the city of Barboursville to help promote golf to youth, but mainly to help guide them into great citizens and future leaders.
