Description: our proposal to build four mini-refineries capable of producing 10,000/20,000 barrel per day oil refinery on the First Nation lands. Both the Federal and Provincial Governments are fully aware of the socio-economic conditions of First Nations Communities and people as illustrated in the February 2004 Speech from the Throne, “the conditions in too many Aboriginal communities offends our values as Canadians.” First Nations people suffer from severe disparities when compared to the general population; these issues needing to be redressed if our people are going to enhance their self-esteem, participate in the Canadian economy and decrease their call on publicly funded social programs and services. This refinery project will be a vehicle for creating the needed economic and social viability and will build sustainable worth for all First Nations. We also have come up with a unique business plan that will be attractive to non native potential investors that will be profitable for all parties.
