Description:
The next big cash crop is upon us, Cannabis.
Like it or not, the United States has begun the major transformation of adopting this drug in a form for Medicinal uses so far. It's a massive upturn for potential Agricultural investors and real estate all on it's own. Take this for example, I'm wanting to become in my dreams the largest grower/shipper of Medicinal and recreational use cannabis in the world one day. The best way for me to start? VC and Angel funding, once the business gets into a good swing I plan on investing a bit of my own capital myself.
Here are a few reasons why this is a great opportunity.
1. 20 states in the U.S. have already legalized medicinal use of Cannabis.
2. Many countries around the world (which we could ship to) have coffee shops that average 70-90 customers a day.
3. That creates what we could call a competitive demand for cannabis in those places in which we could begin a large production and create contracts to sell them at a little below the average price and give the businesses a good deal for them to become re sellers and cut out their need to grow themselves saving them thousands a year.
4. An example of our business buying just one acre of land with fertile soil for around $8,000-$10,000 to grow the medicinal cannabis on would equal out to about 10,000 plants with average spacing of 3ft. would bring in a profit of approx. $3.25 Million per-acre. Giving us a massively competitive edge in price resell range of profit flexibility.
5. They say the next big industry will be healthcare, I agree with that statement and only makes this opportunity a stronger on to be reckoned with.
By 2016 approximately 2,282,887 will be turning 70 years of age in America, the next year 700,000 more annually, and the baby-boomers who are retiring will still exist. Baby boomers will be looking for alternative and natural medicine, especially if they have had cancer or are medicating with powerful anti-cancer drugs.
These are just a few reasons why this is an amazing opportunity in my opinion for the cash crop of the future. This doesn't have to be only in America either. We can export all over the world where legal. Creating hundreds of thousands of jobs for our company and the U.S. Market.
Cannabis can be used for Medicine (Medical), Recreational use, food, clothing, paper, and many other raw materials in industry. So we have a massive market to sell to.
We would pick out plots of land in other countries and abide by all laws within those countries.
