Description: A classified paper allowing people to advertise their private good for free. This attracts the reader as it will offer a paper filled with bargains. The paper will then be sold at a set price which is part 1 of the income revenue. Added to this, commercial advertising is sold as a second income revenue. People then buying the paper have a choice to buying new or second hand, either from a dealer or from a private seller. The readers that will be offered to the commercial advertisers will be active buyers as the paper will not carry any editorial and will be bought for one thing in mind, to BUY from it. At the same time both the private and commercial content will go online for the continued increase in internet users in South Africa. The idea behind the internet is to create a South African Google, pact with local content. The paper will start as a Western Cape paper which will later become available in each region in South Africa, but each region having its own in order to make the content local. There is only one competitor who have total control over this huge profitable market. The business is not currently running as I am looking for startup capital. There are two owners, myself and then Permie Isaacs who is my black business partner.
