Description:
Our store is a small gift shop that specialize baskets and other gifts. We just opened our shop on April 22,2006 We have a chance to buy the building across the street which is a pawn shop, the store is big enough to handle the pawan shop and the gift shop as a combo, we live in a small area that there are only 2 pawn shops in this city, this being one of them. The owner is will to sell the building to us and help us start the pawn shop, we maybe be able to buy the inventory that is left when they do their fiinal closing sale. They would like to close the store by the end of June 2006. The previous owner is willing to train for the pawn shop.
