Description:
I seek equity investors for a new camping product: tent, sleeping bag and sleep platform (similar to a hammock) all in one, weighing less than 11lbs, setup/takedown in minutes, fully adjustable to sleep level and off the ground, constructed from finest grade 7075-T9 alloy tubing and first quality nylon fabrics. A complete business plan is available for this new and unique product, however, due to patent and trademark concerns, any investor interested in receiving the business plan along with photos and schematics must sign and have witnessed by an attorney of record a Non-Disclosure/Non-Circumvention/Non-Compete Agreement.
