Description: Business Description and Vision IST-FINANCE will provide financial solutions to franchised Harley Davidson and independent dealerships nation-wide. IST’S offers an exciting partnership opportunity available to an established lending institution to take advantage of the virtually untapped motorcycle finance market. There is presently a tremendous void in motorcycle financing solutions, and virtually no national alternative to Harley Davidson Financial Services (HDFS), which dominates this $5 billion dollar market. IST’S will capture a substantial percentage of this market share through indirect financing with our established network of over 280 Harley Davidson franchised retailers and 196 independent dealerships nation-wide. With the right lender partner, we will be able to grow our number of established MOTORCYCLE dealers. Due to market volatility in the housing and financial sectors, mandated institutional minimum capital reserves, and corporate focus on alternative market segments, the motorcycle market has seen many large lenders exit the arena. These include GE, Bank of America, HSBC, MB Financial. These departures have left HDFS as the only significant national lender to buyers of Harley-Davidson motorcycles, providing IST’S with a significant opportunity to build market share as the primary national alternative to HDFS. Harley-Davidson dominates the market for sales of large displacement (greater than 500 cc) motorcycles, selling $4.6 billion of wholesale motorcycles in 2015, (SEC Filings 10-K 2015) with the United States representing approximately 78% ($3.5 billion) of its volume. Harley’s market share of heavyweight motorcycles remains at 56%, selling about 3.5 times the volume of its next largest competitor. We estimate that annual financing volume need for new and used Harley-Davidson motorcycles combined is over $5 billion. HDFS provided only $2.6 billion in financing for the purchase of new and used Harley-Davidson
