OnQ is a healthcare call center and revenue cycle management labor outsourcing company with the bulk of our staff in Santiago, Panama. The executive team consists of four seasoned executives in the healthcare RCM industry who have started this new venture after selling our prior RCM company in 2008 (and finishing up a five year employment arrangement with the buyer).
OnQ has started off very strong and we find ourselves needing capital to cover our growth. We have had to scale back sales and marketing efforts temporarily while we digest our new growth. We are currently seeking mezzanine financing in the range of $2MM and, ideally an additional line of credit of up to $3MM so that we will be properly capitalized for future growth (slowing growth due to under capitalization is not something we wish to experience again).
