The vision of the Keystone Program was formed in 2007 to address the current issues students face today such as: negative peer pressure, low academic performance, and apathy towards the community, etc. The initiative to address these issues is to form a free tutorial service and empowerment to high school students and parents restricted to the counties of Grundy and Will. It is the central focus of the Keystone Program to instill excellent study habits and a proactive rationale towards academics.
