Description:
Need to contact Warren Barich regarding thermal treatment company in Los Osos, owned by Scott Birchell. Unfortunately for us, we elected to use Cencal Thermal Treatment, owned by Scott Birchell, to eradicate our dry rot termite problem March of 2007, paying $1500. As of November, 2007, the termites are back in force, and since Cencal Thermal is now out of business, we are unable to locate Birchell to honor the guarantee to re-treat if the termites came back. Since he received a $100,000 grant to establish the company, approved by Lois Capps, we will pursue him through that office, and would like any help or advice from you. We are not rich people; this hurt.
