Non profit corporation formed in 1994 to assist elderly and disabled, primarily with housing. We were able to purchase a 24-unit complex in 2003 and did extensive rehab - county recently reviewed and updated appraisal to show a "year built" change 1979 to 1987 due to improvements. After pouring all finances into the rehab, we have been showing a profit for 2 years. In in financial market, hard for a non profit to get a loan. We want to expand. Market here requires it. By consolidating debt - we will achieve ownership of 22-unit adjacent to existing complex and increase our net income.
