I have been in the Electronics industry for more than 10 years. I have been working for many electronics industries as an engineers, assets managers, and program managers. In all our years of works, one thing keeps surface as one of the biggest problem in the electronics industries, i.e., excess materials or MOQ. The current solution is to accumulate these materials up and later try to recover some of the cost back by resell these parts to brokers at a penny to a dollars or sometimes less. There are times companies have to scrap parts to clear space in the factories. MOQller have the solution that would eliminate their excess inventory and would prevent materials to become excess. In addition, our business will provide a tool for asset managers around the world to pool their resources and balance the supply chain management processes.
