im looking to start up a real estate company that specializes in housing for current and perspective college students.i would like to receive funding to build an apartment building similar to a college dormitory and rent it out to local college students. The apartments would include certain furniture and essentials that an everyday college student would need. Rent would be on an monthly basis with a two year lease signed by the student.
