Building digital communities globally centred around Universities with 20,000 to 50,000 students, faculty, workers by cherry-picking institutions with inadequate and no internet facility. The plan is to deploy adequate internet bandwidth by satellite or fiber where available; provide state-of-the-art municipal wifi and provision students GSM-based PDA Phones ( wifi-GSM phones) and get the institution buy-in to integrate the internet into curriculum at all levels.
