We are looking to implement our B Plan consisting in purchase & processing gold ores to export gold doré (a gold bar containing 85% Au + 15% Ag). The financial needs of S$1.4 million will be destinated almost exclusively to Opex: rent a beneficiation plant, purchase 60MT of gold ores per day (1,800MT/month), sales & administrative expenses, to export about 25kg of gold doré monthly. We look for a buyer that can be able to finance our operations or to participate as investor and major partner. Our expertise includes the control of the main risk of this business model, which is the supply of ores. That is our main asset. The economic & financial returns are more than acceptable. The cash cicle is very short because all costs are paid cash and, in the same way, sales of gold is paid in the same way. Tle sales margin is about 9%.
