I will be starting a minority owned and opperated business in California catering to USACE, USBR, and DWR. Our services will focus on Economic Flood Risk Analysis and Management. We will seek small business status to contract as such with the government at all levels. I will also be seeking a disabled veterian as a partner so that we will have that prefered status as well. I will be able to offer my services to the clients at half the price of other firms and still make 20%+ profits. I have a group of clients that already come to me at my current firm that I would be taking with me as I build my own firm.
